具有代表性的·Château Rieussec 白葡萄酒-拉菲家的

前段時間有人問忽悠妹子什麼白葡萄酒好喝。最近試了挺多的，沒有太多印象深刻的白葡萄酒。昨天偶遇這瓶 波多爾 Chateau #Rieussec Sauternes Bordeaux 就推一下。 用半咸淡的中英文介紹一下下 吧。 Château Rieussec 被拉菲收購了，跟拉菲一樣是 1855年 “First Growth”) in the original Bordeaux Wine Official Classification。 拿出來，聽上去是不是很有面子呢果香味，甜味好濃,粘稠度也好高。甜白葡萄酒的代表之一。 甜蜜度高到可以完全忘記高酒精含量是14% 。

配的葡萄有： Grape varieties

90 to 95% Sémillon, 5 to 10% Muscadelle and Sauvignon.

非常持久的 aftertaste, 最突出的是那個蜜糖還有菠蘿的甜味口感,對於我來講覺得有點太甜，不過很欣賞那種 full body 還 有 它的 long finish，配鵝肝之類的法餐 棒棒的哦 。
